Refund & Exchange Policy

Because our coffee is roasted-to-order, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we provide a one-time exchange. You may keep the original item or gift it to someone else.

To request an exchange, email us at fillmycupps23@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include your full name, order number, and the reason for the exchange.

If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds for non-coffee items, if approved, are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it takes longer than 15 business days, please contact us at fillmycupps23@gmail.com
